All course purchases and digital product sales are final. Course access is granted for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Building plans are licensed for personal use on a single project — not for resale or redistribution. Timber Homestead reserves the right to update course content as methods are refined.
All Timber Homestead building and agricultural content includes USDA and Canadian hardiness zone adaptations. Default guidance is calibrated for Zones 5-6. Appendix materials cover Zones 3-4 (northern climates) and Zones 7-9 (southern climates). Foundation depth, insulation requirements, frost lines, and planting schedules vary significantly by zone — always verify local requirements.
